Each master bedroom includes a queen bed with doubles beds located in additional bedrooms.

Visitors will enjoy the breeze from the water and sleep comfortably thanks to the two windows per bedroom. Our cottages are staggered and spaced 35 feet apart for added privacy.

Guests love the fully-equipped kitchen (complete with stove, fridge and all necessary utensils), satellite TV, free Wifi, Jacuzzi tub, linens and towels, BBQ grills on the spacious decks, and pine interiors.

Our deluxe, two-story, four-bedroom cottage comes with the added luxury of hardwood floors, a dishwasher, personal washer and dryer, Whirlpool tub and a balcony off the master bedroom.

Orchard View Cottages are a great option for families with kids.

Our on-site, fully-equipped playground is a favourite with children. We also have high chairs and pack-n-plays available for free on request (limited quantity). A coin laundromat is also located on-site for your convenience.

Appreciate the full cottage experience by enjoying your own personal nightly campfire, a perfect end to a busy day of exploring. Campfire wood is available on-site for purchase. 

We are central to all local area attractions including Cavendish Beach, Green Gables Heritage Place, Sandspit Amusement Park, Shining Waters Family Fun Park, several golf courses, numerous restaurants, gift shops, and much more. In addition, we are only a short 30-minute drive to Charlottetown.
